Sun Cellular releases Alcatel tablet and smartphone offering for as low as P600/month

Mobile operator Sun Cellular offers yet another innovative first with its new postpaid plan that bundles two devices in just one subscription.

Dubbed as the “SunDroid Rush”, Sun Cellular is offering an Android Smartphone and an Android Ice Cream Sandwich Tablet for subscribers that avail of either of the telco’s Plan 600 or Plan 999.

“The Plan 600 is already one of the more popular postpaid services of Sun Cellular, and the introduction of Alcatel’s bundle device takes the plan to an even higher level,” says Ricky G. Pena, Sun Cellular Senior Vice President for Postpaid, Broadband, New Business, and Marketing Services.

“This is the first of its kind in this price point. A game-changer, there has been no other postpaid plan  that has done this locally,” Pena adds.

The Plan 600 offers postpaid applicants unlimited Sun calls and texts, 350 free texts to other networks, and P250 consumable amount. The Plan also includes one Alcatel One Touch 903D and a free Alcatel T10 Tablet. At Call & Surf Plan 999, applicants can get this bundle with unlimited mobile internet and unlimited Sun to Sun calls and texts plus 250 texts to other networks.

It is also available under Group Plan 999 with the iPlan 75, which gives subscribers unlimited Sun calls and texts, 750 texts to other networks, and 10 hours of shared mobile internet. As for the device bundle, the group plan includes three Alcatel One Touch 903D smart phones and a free Alcatel T10 Tablet, for a total of four gadgets in one plan.
