1. The Sun Postpaid TRIO Add-ons are new add-on postpaid plans that will allow Sun subscribers to text and/or call Smart & Talk N’ Texts subscribers at reduced costs.
   
   
2. Qualifications to avail any of the Sun Postpaid TRIO Add-ons are as follows:
• Available to existing Sun Cellular postpaid subscribers.
• Postpaid subscription must be current and with at least 70% available credit limit.
  


3. The Sun Postpaid TRIO Add-ons have the following features:




TRIO Texts 99
Additional Monthly Service Fee	Php99.00 (on top of subscriber’s current Monthly Service Fee)
Features	Sun Postpaid subscribers can send 1,000 text messages per billing cycle to Smart and Talk N’ Text subscribers.
	Texts to Smart and Talk N’ Text subscribers in excess of the 1,000 texts shall be charged the applicable SMS rate.
	Texts and calls to other networks or not part of the product inclusions shall be charged the applicable rates.





TRIO Calls 99
Additional Monthly Service Fee	Php99.00 (on top of subscriber’s current Monthly Service Fee)
Features	Sun Postpaid subscribers can make up to 50 minutes per bill cycle of voice calls to Smart and Talk N’ Text subscribers.
	Calls to Smart and Talk N’ Text subscribers in excess of the 50 minutes shall be charged P2.00 per minute.
	Texts and calls to other networks or not part of the product inclusions shall be charged the applicable rates.





TRIO Combo 199
Additional Monthly Service Fee	Php199.00 (on top of subscriber’s current Monthly Service Fee)
Features	Sun Postpaid subscribers can make up to 1,250 text messages and make up to 50 minutes of voice calls (both texts and calls per billing cycle) to Smart and Talk N’ Text subscribers
	Calls to Smart and Talk N’ Text subscribers in excess of the 50 minutes and 1,250 text shall be charged P2.00 per minute and applicable SMS rate, respectively.
	Texts and calls to other networks or not part of the product inclusions shall be charged the applicable rates.




4. Subscription procedure is as follows:
   
   
   • Individual Regular & High-end Postpaid Plan subscribers can text SAP (space) ON (space) PRODUCT CODE to 2687 or call *687# to subscribe.
   • Regular and High-end Postpaid Line only and Group Plan subscribers can visit any of The Sun Shops to subscribe.
   • or Corporate Accounts, the authorized Signatory may contact their Account Managers or visit any of the Sun Shops to subscribe.
   
   
5. The Sun Postpaid TRIO Add-ons will not be pro-rated, and charges will be applied on the billing cycle that the service was activated.
   
   
6. The Sun Postpaid TRIO Add-ons have no holding period however it is understood that subscription to any Sun Postpaid TRIO Add-ons continues and remains valid unless a written request for termination is submitted to DMPI.


7. All other terms and conditions on the Sun Cellular Postpaid subscription contract that are not inconsistent with any of the foregoing terms & conditions remain valid and in effect.
