    • The Anti-bill Shock is a charging feature that guarantees a maximum amount or a “bill cap” for mobile internet. Usages outside the coverage of the BlackBerry APN such as video steaming, internet radio, as well as access to non-RIM produced BlackBerry Applications will be charged under the standard browsing rate of P10/30 minutes. But once the mobile internet bill cap is reached, usage becomes unlimited.

  20. Under what instances do I get connected via mobile Internet instead of the BlackBerry Internet Service?
    • Downloading and using third-party browsers (e.g. Bolt) on your BlackBerry Handheld

  21. Are all BlackBerry phones able to use the Sun BlackBerry services?
