Sun Broadband Wireless: A Fresh Grad’s Aide In Job Searching
Job-hunting is hard. The effort you need to exert in going to companies only to find out there is no vacancy can frustrate the life out of the person.
Cris Tesoro is no newbie in that experience. “I have gone to quite a few companies I would like to apply at. But every time I would go, they would just tell me to submit my resume and they’d call if they’ll have an opening,” narrates Cris. She admits that there would be times that she gets disheartened to leave the house because she expects to be given that same response each time she would apply for a job.
When asked about online job hunting, Cris, a long-time Sun Broadband Wireless user, admitted that at first she did not find online job searching credible. “I was really cautious of using the Internet because I know that with a lot of bogus recruiters out there, they would just take advantage of my situation,” says Cris who was encouraged to search for jobs online by her fellow fresh graduates. “My friends were very keen on sending me links for job vacancies when we would chat,“ says an unconvinced Cris; but it was only when her friends got jobs through online searching did she finally give online job-hunting a shot.
She claims that all throughout her online job search, Sun Broadband Wireless never failed to provide her a very reliable internet connection. Cris shares that there was a time that she was out of town and needed to submit a sample-marketing plan. Luckily, she makes it a point that she brings her Sun Broadband Wireless wherever she goes. And by “wherever”, she means literally anywhere in the country.
She is thankful and says that her Sun Broadband Wireless is the best service she has ever had. She is now happily working at a foundation based in Northern Luzon. Cris is currently using Sun Broadband Wireless to stay in touch with her friends in Manila and her special someone - now that is a different story altogether.
