Sun Cellular Joins the AMI Alliance

Sun Cellular recently formalized its membership in Asia Mobility Initiative (AMI) Alliance, the first mobile alliance in the Asia Pacific, in a formal gathering held at the Crowne Plaza Galleria Manila. AMI Alliance now spans across 7 countries with the following mobile operators as members - Celcom (Malaysia), DTAC (Thailand), Excelcomindo (Indonesia), IDEA Cellular (India), Mobile One (Singapore), SmarTone-Vodafone (Hong Kong) and Sun Cellular (Philippines).

With this regional partnership, Sun Cellular subscribers can look forward to enhanced roaming experience, additional cross-border services, and exciting promotions. The alliance is also working on new programs that will benefit the many Filipinos working in members’ countries.
