Voicemail

This feature allows you to receive voice messages when you’re too busy or unavailable to take calls. Experience the fun and reliability of having your own voicemail mailbox!

To access via own Sun number for free, dial 211.

To retrieve messages using another Sun mobile, number from another network or landline, dial 212 or 0922-2000212. Airtime charges will apply.

To leave a message for a Sun contact, dial 210 or 0922-2000210.

Teleconferencing

This feature allows you to host a mini-meeting or simultaneous phone call bonding with at most, five of your friends!

Features	Steps
Make a conference call	Step 1: Press “2” then “Call” to put a single current call on hold. Step 2: Make an outgoing call or answer an incoming call. Step 3: Press “3” and “Call” to join three parties in a conference call.
Add more calls to the conference	Step 1: Press “2” and “Call” button to put the existing conference call on hold. Step 2: Make an outgoing call or answer an incoming call. Step 3: Press “3” and “Call”
Disconnect one of the calls from the conference	Step 1: Press 1x (where x is the order in which the call was made or received) Step 2: Press “Call”
Talk privately to one of the parties in the conference call	Step 1: Press 2x (where x is the order in which the call was made or received Step 2: Press “Call” Step 3: Press “3” and “Call” to rejoin the conference call

GRPS/ Mobile Internet

GPRS (General Packet Radio Service)

This feature allows you to surf the internet using your phone and be able to send and receive information across a mobile network.

To activate, you may follow any of these options:

Activation	Procedure
SMS	One hour before departing the country, text ROAM ON to 2222. A text confirmation will be received upon successful activation.
Shortcut Command	Dial *222# then press SEND. On Prepaid Roaming Menu, select option 1 to activate then option 1 again to confirm the request. A text confirmation will be received upon successful activation.
Sun Hotline	Call toll-free Sun Hotline 200 and request for the service to be activated.
