1. Who are eligible to join?
Open to all Sun Cellular Postpaid and Prepaid subscribers nationwide. Sun subscribers who loaded regular load, CTU denominations (Electronic Load and Cards) and successfully made a call to other network (e.g. Sun to Smart & Sun to Globe) including IDD and landline calls, Give-A-Load transactions, new SIM activations as well as downloads from 2346 entitles them to raffle points.
2. How to earn entries in the raffle?
All subscribers who make calls (inter-network, landline and IDD), load up (Xpressload and Cards), Sim activations (postpaid and prepaid), Give-A-Load and 2346 billed transactions are qualified in the promo.
Raffle points are earned for every qualified transactions for a chance to win the daily prize or P100,000 in the grand draw.

3. How will the winners be determined?
- Daily instant prize winners will be drawn through a seeding process from the qualified list of subscribers.
- The grand draw winner will be determined through a raffle of entries generated during each valid and billed transaction.
4. What are the prizes?
- Instant load prizes are not convertible to cash.
- For postpaid subscribers, the amount will be deducted from their bill. Balance of the amount exceeding P3,500 will be shouldered by the winner.

5. Who are NOT qualified/eligible to join the promo?
- All employees of Sun Cellular, Information Gateway, its agencies and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
- All information sent will be kept confidential and will be used solely for this promotional campaign.
6. How to claim raffle prize?
- The instant load prize amount will automatically be credited to the winning subscriber’s mobile number within 24 hours.
- For postpaid winners, the amount will be automatically deducted from their bill upon payment for bill amounts exceeding P3,500.
- The prize winners must present a valid photo ID with signature, TIN number (if available), his/her active cellphone with the winning SIM card and sign a waiver when claiming his/her prize. The winners must also present the registered mail that was sent by Information Gateway.
- In case the winner cannot present the winning SIM and he/she is a pre-paid subscriber, the winner must present a duly notarized Affidavit of Loss along with the other requirements.
- Should the winner of the prize opt for a representative to claim his/her prize, the representative should bring with him/her an authorization letter from the winner, the winner’s valid ID, active cellphone with the winning SIM card and the representative’s valid ID with picture and signature.
- In case the winning mobile phone is owned by another subscriber, the winner must present an authorization letter, a waiver to claim the prize for the owner, along with a valid ID with picture and signature of the owner of the mobile phone.
- In case the winning mobile phone is owned by a minor, the parent or guardian exercising parental authority over him/her may claim the prize in his behalf. In such instances, the representative must also present a valid ID, the winning SIM card, an authorization letter from the winner as well as the minor’s birth certificate.
- In case the winner has an outstanding balance with Sun Cellular, he/she must settle his/her account within 15 days, before he/she is awarded the prize.
- For Metro Manila winners, prizes may only be claimed at the Information Gateway office, 3rd Floor Mobile Entertainment Center, 104 Rada St. Legaspi Village Makati City, Mondays to Fridays from 9:00am – 5:00pm. All other incidentals (i.e. transportation expense incurred in claiming the prize, representation expense, etc.) shall be shouldered by the winner(s).
- For provincial winners, winners must send over all the required documents listed in the registered mail. Once docs have been submitted and validated, the prize may be claimed at the Information Gateway office, 3rd Floor Mobile Entertainment Center, 104 Rada St. Legaspi Village Makati City, Mondays to Fridays from 9:00am – 5:00pm. All other incidentals (i.e. transportation expense incurred in claiming the prize, representation expense, etc.) shall be shouldered by the winner(s).
- Prize may also be delivered to the provincial winner’s registered address. However, delivery cost shall be shouldered by the winner.

- Daily prizes are not convertible to cash.
- All taxes and incidental fees, related but not limited to the monetary value of the prize shall be shouldered by the winner/s.
- Prize tax will be shouldered by the winner/s and the amount will be deducted to the amount when they claim their prize.
- Grand prize is to be claimed at the Information Gateway office, 3rd Floor Mobile Entertainment Center, 104 Rada St. Legaspi Village Makati City, Mondays to Fridays from 9:00am – 5:00pm.
- Qualified winners must claim their prizes within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification. Failure to claim within the allotted time/duration forfeits the winner’s right over the prize with prior DTI approval.
