Loading your SBW prepaid
Your Sun Broadband Wireless Prepaid Pack comes with FREE hours internet usage. Once you have used up your initial FREE load, you may load your Sun Broadband Wireless Prepaid with Sun Broadband Wireless Special Load Scratch Card or Regular Load thru any Sun Xpress Load Retailer.
     
  REGULAR LOAD
   

The usage rate when using regular load is P10 per 30 minutes. The 30 minutes may be consumed either straight & uninterrupted or on a staggered basis within the consumption period. The consumption period is 2 hours upon connection to the network.

 
Scenario 1: 
 
Joey’s Sun Broadband Wireless Prepaid has a load balance of P 30. He connects at 10:00 am, it would follow that P10 is automatically deducted from his load. He then disconnects at 10:30 am thus no additional load will be deducted since he limited his internet usage to 30 minutes. P 20 is left in his load balance.
 
Scenario 2:
 
Joey has a load balance of P 20. He connects at 11:00 am and disconnects at 11:40 am. At this point P 20 pesos was already deducted from his load, leaving him with zero load balance, since in excess of the 30 minutes would automatically entail deduction of another P10 from his load. However, he can still use the remaining portion of the 30 minutes until 1:30 pm of the same day.
 
 
 
Scenario 3:
 
Joey has a load balance of P 20. He connects at 11:00 am and disconnects at 11:20 am. At 12:50 pm, he reconnects and disconnects at 1:00 pm. Only P10 will be deducted since he limited his internet usage to 30 minutes within the 2 hours consumption period. 
 
 
Scenario 4:

Joey has a load balance of P 20. He connects at 11:00 am and disconnects at 11:20 am. At 12:55 pm, he reconnects and disconnects at 1:05 pm. Even if Joey utilized only 30 minutes, he will be charged P20 since the last 5 minutes of his internet session was made after the first (1st) consumption period. He can still utilize the remaining portion of the 30 minutes until 3:00 pm of the same day.

  Reloading Procedure via Sun Xpress Load

1. Subscriber must state and pay the amount of regular load that he/she will be availing. Load amount must be divisible by 10 since the usage rate is P10/30 minutes.

2. Upon receipt of payment, the retailer will then send the load via Xpress Load menu on his/her mobile phone.

 

 
 
 
3. Using the Text Messaging interface on Sun Broadband Wireless Prepaid, the subscriber must text “BALANCE” to 2225 in order to check his/her new balance. He/she will be receiving a message indicating the number of available internet hours usage and its validity.
